Item Condition: Used, As-Is, Untested

All products sold on our website are genuine OEM parts that have been carefully removed from used office copiers. While the machines they were sourced from were operational, these specific components have NOT been individually tested after removal.

We cannot guarantee the functionality of these parts and are selling them strictly on an "as-is" basis. Our products are intended for buyers who are comfortable with used parts for repair or refurbishment projects. Professional installation may be required.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Due to the nature of our used and untested products, we have an absolute no-return policy. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any item purchased from us. Please carefully review the product description and understand these terms before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception. While we do not accept returns, if your item is damaged upon arrival due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a resolution, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Given our general no-return policy, all items are considered non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please be aware that because our products are sold as used, professional-grade parts intended for business-to-business transactions or experienced repair personnel, the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
